基于倒堆工艺的复合煤层回采对矿山生产能力影响

Optimization study of mining scheme with multiple coal seams using cast stripping technology based on the output targets

摘要:

针对黑岱沟露天煤矿拉斗铲倒堆工艺条件基本特征,及生产能力处于高位运行状态时复合9号煤无法采出的现状,分析了单台拉斗铲逐层倒堆作业方式,并提出了追踪式变采宽开采方案。分别分析了两种开采方式对露天煤矿生产能力的影响,单铲逐层倒堆使设备效率降低,使露天矿生产能力降低至24.46Mt/a,而后者能达到的生产能力为28Mt/a左右,而为达到30Mt/a的要求,在6号煤端帮到界后每端帮处需减小9号煤工作线长度160m。

Abstract:

Based on the essential features of dragline casting technology in HeiDaiGou open-pit coal mine and the status of high production effects on the extraction of 9th coal seam, the rehandling stripping by the single dragline was analyzed and the tracking mining scheme with variable width was proposed. The influences of both the mining approach on the production capacity were discussed, the former decrease the equipment efficiency and the production capacity decline to 24.46Mt/a, and the latter can achieve the capacity to 28Mt/a. In order to reach the capacity of 30Mt/a, the working length of the 9th coal seam should reduce 160m when the working line of 6th coal seam arriving at the end-slope.
